    Candles

    How should I care for my candle?

    For best results and safety, always trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use. On the first burn, let the candle melt to the edge of the jar to prevent “tunneling.” Do not burn the candle for more than four hours at a time and never leave a burning candle unattended.

    Our candles are made with 100% natural soy wax, which provides a clean and long-lasting burn. We use high-quality fragrance oils for a strong and pleasant scent. 

    If your candle seems to have a weak scent, a few factors may be at play. Ensure the wick is trimmed and the candle has reached a full melt pool. The “cold throw” (scent when unlit) can differ from the “hot throw” (scent while burning). All of our candles are tested to ensure a strong, even hot throw.

    We take great care in packaging our products. If your candle arrives broken or damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged product and packaging.

    Apparel

    How do I find the right size

    We provide a detailed size chart on each product page. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing it to our chart to ensure the best fit. If you are between sizes, consider how you prefer your apparel to fit.

    The materials used are listed in the product description for each item. Most of our clothing is made from soft, high-quality, and ethically sourced fabrics.

    To keep your apparel in the best condition, we recommend following the specific washing instructions on the care label of each item. Generally, washing with cold water and air-drying is recommended for longevity.

    You can return or exchange apparel that does not fit within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

    Do you offer signed editions or special bundles?

    We occasionally offer signed editions or special collector’s bundles. Please check our website or social media channels for announcements on these limited releases.

    If your book arrives damaged due to shipping, please send email or call contact number 862 224-8659 within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and packaging.
