Established in 2024, we are located at 475 William Street. East Orange NJ 07017. Our operation hours are Sunday-Sunday 24 hours of online operation. at U-Heard we offer a wide range of essential handcrafted soy wax candles, plus at U-Heard, you will be able to view and purchase my inventory of customized apparel-tee shirts in all sizes, from Kids to adults. We even have children’s books and novels writer by the owner of U-heard

Products and Services

While we aim for accuracy in products and service descriptions, we guarantee they are entirely accurate or error-free.

Pricing: All our candles are $20 USD, Tee Shirts run from $10-$30 USD depending on the customized style, and novels are $15-$20 USD. All taxes and shipping costs will be added before checkout. I will always notify the consumer of any price change with prior notice and may modify or discontinue products with prior notice.

Availability: All products and services are dependent on availability.

Payment Terms

Methods: We accept Master, Visa, Apple Pay.

Payment Due: Payments are required upon receipt of invoice, checkout completion.

Late Payments: We may apply a late fee for overdue payments at $10 USD

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are determined at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Timelines: Estimated delivery timelines will be provided, but we are not liable for delays by carriers or other external factors.

Risk of Loss: The risk of loss for purchased items transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds
